Fly Further for FREE: VietJet Offers Aussies Complimentary Domestic Connections in Vietnam

Commencing on April 8th and 12th, respectively, the airline's new service will be its largest-ever promotion for the Australian market, offering flights three times a week from both cities.

Australians have emerged from some of the strictest COVID lockdowns in the world and are now a population of eager travelers looking for good deals. Australian airfares become increasingly expensive, while local carriers such as Qantas and Virgin Australia enjoy healthy profits, Asian low-cost carriers are presenting offers that may be irresistible.


Vietnam's low-cost carrier, VietJet, has unveiled an enticing promotion for Australian travelers as it prepares to begin flying from Sydney International Airport (SYD) and Melbourne International Airport (MEL) to Tan Son Nhat Airport (SGN) in Ho Chi Minh City.

Commencing on April 8th and 12th, respectively, the airline's new service will be its largest-ever promotion for the Australian market, offering flights three times a week from both cities.


As part of the promotion, the airline is offering free domestic flights within Vietnam for Australian travelers, in addition to flights starting at just AU$200 ($136) from Australia to Vietnam until October 25th, 2023. To operate these services, VietJet will use an Airbus A330-300.


Another exciting offer is the allure of a flat-bed seat in business class is heightened by the fact that a flight from Sydney to Ho Chi Minh City takes approximately nine hours. VietJet is also extending a 50% discount on SkyBoss and SkyBoss Business ticket classes for customers who purchase tickets from March 7th to May 25th, applicable to all of its domestic and international routes.
